FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

Show only tickets are  $17 and Dinner and show tickets are $45 per seat.  The best way to purchase tickets is online via TIX.com.   Online ticket sales end 24 hours before each show.  Show Only tickets may be purchased at the door or by phone until 7:30PM the day of the show. To buy tickets by phone, call 208-226-0572.    All tickets are will call at the door, there is no need to print a paper copy. 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?

We are able to accept all credit and debit cards online or in person at the warehouse.   If you would like to pay with cash or check please call our ticket number for further assistance (208-226-0572) and be prepared to pay at the door. 

WHAT IS YOUR COVID POLICY?

We are proud of the cleanliness of our facility and adhere to strict food handling and environment disinfection guidelines.  We do ask that if you are feeling ill you do not attend a Westside performance.  In the case that multiple members of our cast become ill, we will work with all guests to either reschedule your tickets for a later date or issue refunds as needed.   

ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT WESTSIDE?

In  general, Westside Players is considered entertainment for adults;  therefore, please consider Westside a PG-13 venue. Due to alcohol sales on premises all minors must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that you  leave infants with a loving caregiver. 

ARE SEASON TICKETS OR DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately no; due to financial and logistical issues stemming from the recent pandemic, we are unable to offer season tickets or general discounts at this time.   

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

While we have a strict 'no refund policy', we are happy to exchange your tickets with 24 hour notice of the scheduled performance.  Your patronage is very important to us and we are happy do to what we can within these limitations.   No refunds are issued for late patrons. 

DO YOU RECOGNIZE FOOD ALLERGIES AND OR RESTRICTIONS?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate food allergies at this time. 

WHAT ARE THE BAR AND SNACK OPTIONS?

The bar at Westside is proud to offer an assortment of beer, wine and soda for and additional charge.  We also have a small concessions stand where you can purchase popcorn, pretzels and candy.   No outside food or drink is allowed. 

IS THE WAREHOUSE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, there is a handicap access ramp located on the North side of our building.  Upon your arrival simply ring the doorbell or call  208-234-2654 and one of our volunteer staff will open the door and help you to your seat. 

WHAT IS YOUR CELLPHONE AND CAMERA POLICY?

We expect that you silent your cellphone upon entering the theater and that out of respect for our actors and the fellow audience refrain from texting for the duration of the show. 

The  use of cameras, video/audio recording equipment, and picture cell  phones is strictly prohibited and is a licensing infringement punishable by law.  This is a policy of the script licensing companies and beyond the control of Westside Players. 

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Everything from casual to elegant is accepted.  We especially love snazzy date nights or the occasional ladies night out when everyone is all dressed up! 

WHAT IF WE ARE CELEBRATING A SPECIAL OCCASION?

We love a special occasion and would be happy to announce your occasion from the stage during our opening remarks.  Please request a shout out at ticket check in when you arrive.  

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You  may purchase a Gift Certificate by calling our office at 208-234-2654,  please allow 2-3 business days and a volunteer will return your call.   To purchase gift cards via email contact mail@westsideplayers.org, or  you can purchase them at the door prior to each performance. 

HOW ARE GIFT CERTIFICATES REDEEMED?

Each  Gift Certificate / Complementary Ticket Certificate has a unique code on it that you can enter online at checkout. If you are unable to use online ticket sales please call our box office 208-226-0572 and we will be happy to help you. 

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

We ask that all patrons arrive at least 10 minutes prior to curtain (7:30 PM).   We reserve the right to refuse entrance to late patrons base on the Director's preference.  No refund will be issued for late patrons.

SPOTLIGHT CAMPAIGN

When all is said and done, we must raise $30,000 this season to make needed repairs to our heating systems and to replace and update our stage. We need your help! If we all come together we can make this happen and have some fun at the same time!
