he Westside Players need you! Our building and our stage need some urgent improvements, namely new heating units and a refurbished stage. We need to raise $30,000 in total for these two projects, beyond our usual budget. Won't you, please, make a donation to these efforts?

All of us here in Idaho know, the weather can be fickle; snow on Easter, record highs on Halloween. But we can be sure of one thing: Eventually it gets very cold. And our 16,000 sq ft building is not easy to heat. We have heating units in the lobby, kitchen, dressing room, and South side storage areas that have all reached their life’s
All of us here in Idaho know, the weather can be fickle; snow on Easter, record highs on Halloween. But we can be sure of one thing: Eventually it gets very cold. And our 16,000 sq ft building is not easy to heat. We have heating units in the lobby, kitchen, dressing room, and South side storage areas that have all reached their life’s end. They are each 20+ years old; parts are obsolete, breakdowns are more frequent. We need to upgrade our system to be more reliable and energy efficient.
We have received a quote from a local company for $3,650 per unit. These will be new Reznor units, gas powered, professionally installed, with all needed accessories.
We need to replace a total of 5 units, in the dressing room, lobby, kitchen, and South side (2). This will be a total expense of $18,250.
HOW TO GIVE
When all is said and done, we must raise $30,000 this season to make these needed repairs and improvements. We need your help! If we all come together we can make this happen and have some fun at the same time!

There will be several phases to this project. We must first tear out the existing stage, take out a portion of an adjacent wall,
and inspect and replace weakened joists. Then we’ll rebuild the new stage, with accommodations for new technology in lighting and sound equipment to be installed in the future. This will be a total expense of $11,750.
